Facility Expansion & Feasibility Study

EI Associates was retained by Our Lady of the Mountain to provide a feasibility study and review parish expansion options at their existing 20-acre site in Long Valley, NJ. The information presented in this study will allow the parish to develop a focused capital improvement campaign that will address facility improvements and expansions to the church, parish, classrooms and ancillary areas.

It is the parishes’ intent that such improvements and expansions will negate the need for renting district classroom space while offering greater flexibility in developing religious curriculum and other activities as well as provide for the modernization of existing facilities and address the requirements of a changing and growing congregation.
