Community and Youth Center

ICPC recently purchased 2.4 acre site to develop a complex for multiple functions to support community needs and also to have the potential to generate revenue.

The complex will include the following types of functions:

Offices:
Banks, commercial, social, medical clinics, employment.

Community Center:
Banquet hall, conference rooms/center, continuing education center, kitchen and dining facilities, daycare center.

Retail:
Shops, middle eastern supermarket and restaurants, travel agencies.

Housing:
One, two and three-bedroom apartments for the elderly and low-to-moderate income tenants.

Youth Center:
Gymnasium, squash courts, game room, lockers and showers, swimming pool, snack bar and eating areas.

Parking:
Underground parking or parking garage to accommodate required vehicular spaces mandated by code for the proposed uses.
