New Multi-Story Parking Garage
Advisability Study

The New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) retained EI Associates in 2004 to prepare a comprehensive study to plan for a large multi-story parking garage to serve state agency staff in Trenton. The facility concept was to provide parking for 3,000 vehicles, as well as accommodate space for mixed occupancy use such as retail, office, and police operations.

Working closely with the DPMC and other State agencies, we performed an analysis of functional needs, evaluation of potential sites, site surveys, traffic studies, code and jurisdictional agency requirements, preliminary design, architectural renderings, constructability review, construction cost estimates, report preparation, and an executive presentation to the Governor’s cabinet.
