EI Associates was retained to study the feasibility of consolidating office operations and the IT support hardware function in Building 206. Currently, Building 206 houses office space for Site Management, HR Department, Health Services, Credit Union, plus a cafeteria and two locker/shower/toilet facilities. The project encompasses remodeling/renovating office space vacated by the Credit Union (moving to another site), spaces recaptured by reducing the size, location and function of the cafeteria, reducing the size of the locker rooms, and adjustment to spaces used by other office functions. The IT support hardware will be relocated to Building 206 from 226. The renovated area is to provide office space for 50 people.

EI’s scope of work covers development of a concept layout for the remodeling/renovation of Building 206. EI developed a basic concept layout with DSM. Using this conceptual design, EI then prepared a study for the feasibility of consolidating the offices on the second floor in Building 205. At the conclusion of the studies, EI prepared a report, including Executive Summary, Program Statement, Building Evaluation, Space Planning/Concept Plan, and Cost Estimate/Implementation Schedule.
