EI Associates was retained to design replacement roof systems and restore exterior trim work for Martin Hall, a three story 1920’s structure located on the Cook Campus.

Renovation included the replacement of the entire slate roof area, replacement of the entire rear EPDM flat roof area, restoration of precast stone gutters and cornice work, restoration of rooftop skylights as well as the restoration of the exterior dormer woodwork and trim.
