EI Associates completed a major mechanical engineering assignment for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) to evaluate and provide system upgrades for twenty-seven buildings on eight campuses, including Queens College, CUNY Law School, York College, John Jay College, and Hunter College’s several campuses.

This project included fire and safety improvements, HVAC equipment and controls replacements and upgrades, plumbing systems, boilers, asbestos remediation and much more. The project required testing, verification and documentation for all affected systems and components, as well as determination of Fire Code compliance.
