Pfizer retained EI Associates to design two (2) food service facilities in their Parsippany and Brooklyn manufacturing sites. They are both 24-hour service, with 450 able to be served in Parsippany and 300 in Brooklyn.

Both new Food Service facilities were designed to be installed in multiple phases, keeping the existing facility in operation while doubling in size.

Dining room converts to auditorium seating for 300, with built-in audio/visuals and lighting control in Parsippany.

The completely new plan includes a new dish room; kitchen servery and dining room. New finishes, windows, HVAC system, kitchen and servery equipment were provided as well as new lighting, telecommunication and audio-visual systems.

The character of the space provides a respite from the plant/office environment.
