Client: GE CP&SO Project Services
EI Associates was retained by GE CP&SO Project Services to provide program, schematic, design development, contract documents, bidding and construction phase services associated with relocation of GE Licensing and Trading and GE Healthcare into approximately 30,000 sf of space at 105 Carnegie Center, in Princeton, NJ. The approximate breakdown of office space is 30% open plan and 70% private offices. Also included in the space are:
· High grade corporate finishes for the Board Room
· High grade corporate finishes for the conference rooms
· Senior level private offices or office suites with appropriate finishes
· A new “GE Showroom Kitchen” housing top-of-the-line and latest GE kitchen equipment
EI’s in-house architects and engineers provided existing conditions report, test fit, utility analysis, cost estimate, project schedule, drawings, bidding assistance, RFI and submittal assistance, and field visits / reports.
Based on the success of this project, EI has been retained by GE CP&SO Project Services to design additional tenant improvement projects in other GE locations. |
