EI Associates was retained to design and build three speculative flex/warehouse buildings in Neptune, NJ.
Building II
EI Associates designed and built this 40,000 sq.ft. speculative flex/warehouse building. The tenant mix utilizes the space at 60% office and 40% warehouse.
Building III
EI Associates designed and built this 32,000 sq.ft. build-to-suit flex/warehouse building, originally for Unisys Computer; now the home of Horizon Blue Cross. The building has a Dryvit upper facade finished in five foot panels to correspond with the window mullions. Decorative concrete block was used below the windows. The entire building is used as office space and features dark tinted ribbon glass.
Building IV
EI Associates provided turnkey services for this single-story 30,000 sq.ft. flex/office building. This masonry and steel-framed building has 22’ clear ceiling heights and features individual heating and air-conditioning systems, multiple private entries and centrally located lavatories and utility closets to maximize flexibility and leasibility. The building is fully sprinklered and offers ample parking to accommodate dense space utilization. |
